полноскоростной канал (в кадре ТОМА)
Канал, в котором обеспечивается максимальная скорость передачи информации за счет того, что он монопольно занимает выделенный ему временной интервал. Термин введен, чтобы отличить данный режим работы от других, при которых один и тот же временной интервал используется одновременно несколькими абонентами. См. half rate ~.
